Hey there everyone! Starting a new year, 2023 has already had some interesting rulings from the controlling agency. Check my latest posts on Facebook for several Oklahoma Sheriff announcements regarding pistol braces. Needless to say, it is a contentious and debatable ruling that will likely spin in court for the near future. However, if you feel like you want or need to take advantage of the ATF offering of tax free Form 1 submissions, I can certainly assist with any questions or items you may need.
In house Fingerprint and Photo services have been going great. Every customer has taken advantage of this service and as a result, all of their E-Form submissions have been a piece of cake!
As for wait times, after a surprising spring last year which saw 3.5 month approvals, we’ve crept back up to almost 9 months on average. I can only hope that it will shorten, but I don’t know what the motivations would be for them to speed things up…But I’m a pessimist in that regard. 🙂
